We have had great behavior in 2nd grade today! We have worked very hard. In math we did Rocket Math for the first time. Some of us even made our goals, so we get to move on to the next level tomorrow. In reading we started the book Flat Stanley. We are excited to hear about Stanley's adventures. During Read-to-Someone we made it to 11 minutes. We have been learning about lines of latitude and longitude.

Today my son invited his friend Gavin to spend the night since there is no school tomorrow. Gavin and Caleb both asked me to read their class blogs. I asked Gavin what Rocket Math is and he explained it very well. He said it is a lot of fun. And his goal is to get from A all the way to Z! Thank you for sharing about it in your blog.
